If you ever want to feel as though you are living in a castle, this is the place to stay! The rooms are elegant, comfortable and filled with history. Paco da Gloria is a wonderful place to relax, with a beautiful garden, a quiet chapel and a lovely swimming pool. Every inch of the manor house attests to the pride the owners take in their home. They and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This was the most memorable lodging of my 2-month trip in Spain & Portugal. Next time, I'll start at Paco da Gloria ... and maybe stay.
