From the moment I arrived, the warmth and professionalism of your staff were evident. Every interaction felt genuine, attentive, and thoughtful. What truly sets your hotel apart, however, is how your team shows up when it matters most. Unfortunately, I became ill with food poisoning during the last few days of my trip. Being sick while traveling is never easy, but your staff stepped in with such compassion and efficiency that I never once felt alone or unsupported. You ensured a doctor visited me promptly, assisted with arranging my medication, and continued to maintain my room with the utmost care and discretion. The level of attention and kindness extended to me during that time was extraordinary. Travel reveals a lot about a place — and your team represents the very best of Lisbon. Professional, gracious, and genuinely caring. Despite the unexpected turn at the end of my trip, my experience at Memmo Príncipe Real was exceptional, and I absolutely plan to return.
