The hotel exceeded our expectations. We stayed for three nights and absolutely loved the hotel. Firstly, the location is 11/10. Everything you need is within a 10 minute walk. Sights, bars, restaurants, shops. If you didn’t want to, you wouldn’t need to leave the 10 minute radius of the hotel. We never ate more than 5 minutes away and every restaurant was impeccable, Portuguese food, tapas, Italian, Asian, burgers etc all within minutes of the hotel door. The rooms are immaculate, the facilities fantastic and the staff superb. We were in a ‘small’ standard room that was fitted and kept perfectly. Modern, clean and exactly what you need from a city break hotel room with lots of storage for clothes etc. Free mini bar stops you having to hunt for water and snacks on the way back from a day out. The spa facilities are great for relaxing after a day out and the rooftop bar is stunning for a drink at nighttime looking over the lights of Lisbon. Finally, the best part of the hotel, the staff. They were all great, but Yasoja E stood out as the most polite and helpful of all. Greeting us kindly every morning, helping with luggage, recommendations and also great for a chat!
