Although only a 3* hotel, I have to give it a five rating due to it's location, rooms, cleanliness and friendly staff. We have visited Lisbon several times over the years and stayed in many hotels around the city. It was a bonus to have tea/coffee making facilities. Although there is no bar in the hotel, there are plenty of bars and restaurants as soon as you step out of the door. A bar we have also visited many times is Casa de Alentejou, a wine bar, just a stones throw from the hotel.

    What was good

    The hotel is very well located! Couldn’t be better! There are shops, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets and underground station in walking distances from the hotel! The surroundings are vc lively and safe!

    I’m a wheelchair user and had a special room for people with reduced mobility! It was spacious, perfect! Accessible toilet (shower curtain could be longer and wider, as when I had a shower before my daughter, the most of the bathroom was we
