Lv Premier Chiado Ch

Stayed in Chiado Apartments at Rue Garret in March. We had a1 bedroom apartment, which was spacious and really well equipped- there were a couple of dishwasher tablets and washing detergent to get us started and we only stayed 3 nights. We were met by Silvia, who gave us a thorough orientation about the area and the apartment itself. She left us her number in case we had any more queries but it we didn't need to use it. Silvia also arranged to have our bags stored on the day we left, to save us dragging them 'round all day but in the end this wasn't required. The apartment was in a great location, 2 mins from the nearest metro stop and an easy walk from all the sights. There is a supermarket 5 mins walk away but it was undergoing refurbishment during our stay. We did get some noise from the street but you have to expect this if you stay in the middle of a city but with the windows/shutters closed we weren't disturbed. We walked a lot and used the metro, train and trams all were v easy to use, just remember to validate your ticket for each journey. We absolutely loved Lisboa and recommend it if you love good food, friendly people and don't mind a few hills!
