The location is fantastic in the heart of Lisbon. You can’t get a better location as it’s just walking distance from all the shops and the heart of the life of Lisbon. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. They have 24/7 coffee in the lobby and good WiFi in the hotel. The staff are very receptive and willing to help with all issues. The laundry service was very good and efficient and reasonably priced. Great stay overall. I would give it 10/10
