We had a fantastic vacation here. Next year we will come back! It is peaceful staying in a beautiful location in perfectly kept cottages. The view is also tremendously soothing.

We had a mix between cloudy and very sunny days and this landscape did never bore us.

After indulging in a serene getaway at this Portuguese holiday accommodation, I'm compelled to rave about its charms. Nestled amidst verdant landscapes and tranquil mountains, it provides an enchanting backdrop for nature lovers. With a plethora of outdoor activities to partake in, from leisurely strolls to exhilarating mountain biking, this destination is a definite recommendation for those yearning to unwind amidst Portugal's breathtaking scenery!

From the moment you arrive in the pittoresk little town you forget about your bussy lifestyle.
And ones you arrive at the Quinta  you get enchanted by the beauty of his surroundings, the view, the smells, nature everything’s is so peaceful and pretty it makes you never want to leave the place.
The houses have all the comfort you need. 
The interior is painted in very colorful happy colors. Instantly it gives you a smile on your face.
Tim and Saartje are always there to help with whatever you need and are always up for a good talk or laugh. You can do some nice hikes or sightseeing in the nearby city’s.

Basically we definitely are coming back and would recommend it to all.

We had a great time in central Portugal!  The stay at Quinta da Estrela is absolutely beautiful, with great views on the Serra da Estrella and magnificient sunsets behind what feels like your own private mountain.
The houses are fully renovated and very clean and spacious.  The Quinta is located in between Guarda and Viseu, shops/bakery and restaurants are all within a 10 minute drive.  It's the perfect spot to explore the wider Serra da Estrella region, with lot's of hiking trails and beatiful river beaches all close by.

Absolutely perfect experience in the mountains of Portugal. 

A beautiful little cottage overlooking the valley and surrounded by mountains. Reasonably priced, lovely owners and exactly what we wanted. 

We stayed 4 nights here and explored the villages around us. A really fantastic experience. 

I cant recommend it enough.
