A small room with slightly broken wash room facilities, toilet seat was quite new looking but one fixing was broken off, my mates room also had a broken toilet seat, and the shower tray was cracked and clearly leaking. The bed was clean and comfortable, tobacco smell was evident throughout the building. My room door required me to use a key to get out but unless locked entry could be gained from outside! Breakfast was basic  and table's draped with disposable paper cloths. My room was at the rear of the building and over looked a carpark with rubbish in the corner. I slept well and it was cheap.

Cheap, Dusty and Worn Out

We stayed for one night, the price is very good, good beds, clean private bathroom, TV with lots of baby channels, air conditioning, nice little lunch, very attentive staff, very nice and attentive Miss Alice, my daughter loved her.

A moment well spent

Cordial owners, good bed, room with good distribution, lack of headphones or bedside tables in the days of cell phones with internet and battery charging, bathroom with great shower, small lunch to the content.

Simple and honest hotel

What a gem of a hotel. Absolutely amazing for the price we paid. Great staff , very friendly and a nice breakfast.

Relatively large room, with neat furniture. The cleaning was excellent and the bathroom was very good. The facilities are already old, but neat. The breakfast was also good, with excellent homemade sweets. The maid who was at breakfast was very nice and attentive, and she also gave us tips on places to visit. It's a good quality price ratio. The only downside is that the polyp in the shower is a little dirty from the inside and needs to be rubbed with laxative. If they improve this aspect, it gets perfect.

That's very reasonable.

Recommended for a night out. The room is very spacious and food, the bathroom is huge, a little old but everything very comfortable. The staff of the accommodation is very friendly. The breakfast is fine and the jam and other products were homemade and good.

Good price 

I met Residential Park on a business trip, a good price ratio for those who are travelling/passing. Easy access, located in the village. A little old place, no renovation, affordable rooms, washed towels. With Wi-Fi. Advice for those who are travelling and spending the night, if they need space to work and make meetings may not be the most appropriate. Very friendly staff, small lunch with little variety but everything very good.

Simple and inexpensive location

It's a pretty basic hotel but very cheap to stay overnight. Breakfast is basic but buffet friendly. The place is quiet, parking is on the street, right next door. The rooms are clean.

Good for one night.

It could be a nice place if it wasn't so careless and messy, especially the social areas.

Very careless

The receptionist was very kind to us and tried to make himself understood. The room was large but in need of a renovation. An important fact: for the air conditioning to work, the plumes must be raised. The parking lot is behind the accommodation and is minimal, although there seems to be no problems with parking. The breakfast is very basic but for the price, 30€ a night, you can't ask for much more. It has free Wi-Fi although not all the fluidity it should.
