We had a very comfortable stay in a spotlessly clean room for three nights. The breakfast buffet was good but suffered from the usual problem - the food was lukewarm at best. The staff were fabulous throughout the stay and no request was too much for them.Little things like arranging a take away breakfast because of our 5.50 am trip to Auschwitz were no problem for them. By far the best feature of this lovely hotel is it's location. It's only a very short walk from both the castle and the main square in Old Town. There are taxi bays outside on two sides and this was really easy for any pick ups and set downs. It's opposite a small park and the surrounding area feels extremely safe. We would return quite happily and recommend it to anyone spending the weekend in Krakow
