Hotel is in an excellent location right near shops , restaurants etc . Room was really nice modern and clean only downside was that room we had was overlooked by building opposite so felt like had to keep curtains closed as could see people over the road through there window . Was TV with few English channels , hairdryer , safe and some toiletries . Also a sauna and a small gym didn't use it but had a look . Didn't use restaurant or casino so can't comment on those . Reception staff were always friendly and helpful . Krakow is really lovely lots to see and do . Definitely recommend this hotel
