Location is excellent. Staff are reasonably friendly and unbothersome. Room was exactly as showed in photos. Good value, well cleaned. Breakfast is very basic, so I hardly bothered with it, but it is still relatively cheap so I can't fault it. Would recommend this hotel if you seek central location, privacy and are not bothered by night-life noise. Stay includes discounts to two resteraunts, however I tried neither. Bed was very comfortable. I would happily re-book this hotel if ever I return to Krakow. Very pleasant experience. :)
