Overall the hotel was very good quiet location, bus stop a few minutes walk, food was good. Staff were lovely and helpful, shower in room 102 was broken the shower rose had no holder so you couldn't  stand under it. Bed sheet too small for bed. Otherwise a comfortable stay.

Nice staff. Pool and shuttle to the airport costs extra. Hard, old madrass in the bed, but nice and tidy room. No restaurants nearby, but the staff helped order takeaway.

No air conditioning; rooms were very hot in August.

This was a nice place to stay with helpful, friendly staff, and a comfortable room albeit a bit worn. You really need to have a car here though as it is a little bit out of the way in a residential area.

Other than the beds being very hard it wa  Fab an  we would go again. My son loved the pool and sauna, shame the Jacuzzi was broke though. Really clean quiet location.

Simple, but cozy

Nice hotel but a bit out of the way.

Outside town but great bus link

Fab hotel for the price we paid

If you read other reviews people are complaining about how basic the hotelnis. It that you have to pay to use the poole st. The thing is, this hotel is very cheap, so you can't expect absolute perfection. 

My room was comfortable, the shower was great (which is important! Everyone hates bad showers) 

It is also very close to the ceiling tee of Krakow with a bus route about 10 minute walk away. Or a taxi into the centre is only about 20 zloti  (£5) .

We really liked the hotel. It was perfect for what we wanted. 

Will look to stay here again on my next visit. 

You get what you pay for

The price was very reasonable and the rooms are a good size. It is a good ten minute walk to buses and unfortunately the swimming pool was freezing cold. You feel overall safe in the hotel and surrounding areas but during the weekend there are parties happening in rooms and the noise really carries.

Average

We were put here by EasyJet following a last minute flight cancellation.   Late at night it felt as if we were journeying into the unknown.  The hotel is a good 20 minute drive from Krakow.  Although taxis are cheap and hotel reception are happy to book these. 

Little did we know that the night arrival was the plus side of things.  We were met by a courteous man on reception who directed us to our rooms.  We were all stressed after the evening’s events and we all went to sleep.  

In the morning, we woke to a shattered window in one room, still in its frame by why not replaced? Curtains and lights hanging by a thread in another room. What appeared to be urine stained bed covers!!  We were all totally horrified by the standards. 

I’ve given a score of 2 purely because the breakfast was plentiful and satisfactory.  2 of the 3 staff at reception were pleasant. 

I’m not going to say anymore here, but fully intend to take this matter up with EasyJet on an individual basis. 

There is no way I would ever return here.  Avoid it at all costs.  And for a reputable holiday company to expect customers to accept this as satisfactory accommodation is quite simply disgusting.
