Very comfortable well appointed rooms. Slept well in comfortable beds. Black out curtains. Room very clean. Breakfast - lots of choice. Tea was not great. All buffet. Staff all very helpful. Located in old town of Krakow, only valet parking. Didn't love Krakow so probably won't be back but if I did have to come back, would stay again.
