Bia’s Beach House, Pagudpud

Food good.  Very friendly people.  You can rent a stove and you can cook your own food.  It's not a 5 star hotel but more of bedspace rental but just a place to sleep. The beach is good.  Before you enter Blue Lagoon beach where this home stay is, you need to pay 20 pesos per person to enter the area. Money will go to the barangay, smallest unit of local government.  Ask for receipt.  They don't issue and refused to give us invoice for the 120 pesos we paid for.I will recommend the place as long as you pay discounted price.

Many things have changed in the place but the good food and friendly service remain the same. 

I am pleased my business colleage was not disappointed. 

Ample parking and the dining area overlooks the sea. Very relaxing indeed!

This place has good restaurant and lively bar but here it ends!
No beech,and dreadful rooms.
TV ok but that's it , water supply non existent, 12 hours without water!and when it returned not enough pressure to run shower!
Rooms dirty,full of mosquito and falling apart, needs a total refurb!
So at 1950p night it a rip off, when I complained after paying 2500p deposit I asked for a reduction ,they said if I not pay in full they would deduct from reception staff salary.
Do not stay here it is a s--t hole
I only hope the Australian who owns this hovel reads my comments!!

Dreadful 

We stayed here overnight while visiting pagudpud. The rooms are tight and there was a power outage from 11pm until the next morning. No generators within the vicinity. The resort has numerous rooms with different owners. Contacted the main key person for the hotel and did not even provide any discount nor any remorse for the lack of sleep. the place is not maintained properly and the room is very hot. Was not able to sleep the whole night. No water or any emergency light. worst hotel or place to stay ever! Would NOT recommend. Go somewhere else if you dont want to spoil your vacation!

A place with no beach front and poorly maintained room. A/C is in the most intolerable and unpleasant condition! Hot inside. Hostel personnel made a tons of promises to rectify the ac issue. Nothing’s done. Never try to be a victim of this place. Not worth to spend your valuable time with this unforgiving place

Regrettable weekend

I stayed here this weekend. My parents want to save money that’s why they chose this resort,but I was warned by a friend that their rooms will be full of mosquitoes and other insects (So I came prepared by bringing Baygon) and my friend was right, there are mosquitoes and spiders in our room. Their bathroom door is barely holding up. I had to put a towel at the back of bathroom door as a cover. So if someone will take a sh#t, the whole room will smell like sh#t. Their furnitures are covered in dust. The whole place is just a mess and outdated. And it’s not worth it for its price. Better look for a different resort around the area with better beach view and rooms.

Terrible rooms

To start with, positive points can be given to the food and the natural factor-the sea. During low tides, the sea is gentle, non-slapping kind and it goes pretty shallow for about 20 meters which means it could be safe for children. 
For a beach resort, it doesn't really have a beachfront even when low tide, maybe only 2 meters is available. The sandy beach front is when you walk right past the resort to a private lot area. This is actually the place even locals or
