Frederick's Apartelle

I like how it had separate bedroom and bathroom located separately from room. The seating bench near the dining table was convenient and ample space. Great for a simple few nights to relax nothing crazy. Sometimes the AC did not work and has to use fans. The only wall outlet near the refrigerator could barely reach the fan placed in the room.

The staff are very attentive and nice, property is clean. Will book again next time.

The location is very convenient, they have a kitchen and grocery downstairs where you can buy food. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Rooms are neat and I love their towels.

The place is very accessible to shopping malls. Staff are very helpful and any concern is addressed right away.

The room and bathroom were clean, the staff was accommodating and friendly. There is room for improvement with the Wifi signal because it fluctuates in the room that I stayed in, for the price it exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be coming back if I need a room near the area.

Good for the price. Just dont expect too much. The bedding doesn't have a duvet just a plain cotton sheet. The place is a little bit rundown. No free water. There's a carenderia inside downstair so that's good. and a convenience store open 24 hrs. But a 7-11 is few feet away. They have a security guard if that is a plus for you.

We had a very nice stay in Fredericks Apartelle. Location is superb, near convenience store, a small nice carenderia serving tapsilog etc., tricycle away going to SM Megamall and Robinsons Pioneer, the staff are nice and approachable even the security guard, and to mention the area is secured. Dont expect a 5 star service as this is not your typical type of hotel, this is an apartelle, and there are things that you need to pay for using it like plates, electric fan, etc. But still this is my kind of casual apartelle, and we will for sure coming back again here.Highly recommended and thumbs up for fredericks apartelle and the staff.. ☆☆☆

Seafarers point of view

I had an amazing stay at Fredericks Apartelle. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The security is very efficient. The maintenance staff were easy to call to fix my shower problem.Its so convenient especially the convenience store downstairs who will deliver right at your doorstep whatever you need to buy. Since i barely can go out from my room because I am swamped with work. Good thing their internet connection can kee up with the demands of my work otherwise I would be in trouble.The room is cozy and well maintained. It always give you that home-like feeling whenever you get to stay at Fredericks. Overall I cant ask for more. Keep it up Fredericks Apartelle. I will definitely go back and would now be on top of my list whenever I need a place to stay in Mandaluyong. Thank you for always treating me like a King. :-)

A King doesn't need a Palace!

Very nice and clean rooms. Me and my co-RMs regretted that we did not stay at this Apartelle when we were having our Leadership Training in GT Plaza. We only realized it at the end of our training. Will definitely consider staying in this hotel again in the future especially when I am around the area.

A Value for the Money

I have stayed at Frederick's at least half a dozen times this year. From the "need some quiet time" with someone important to just a decent night's sleep I would recommend this to any of my friends. 

I usually stay in a one bedroom unit, the bed (mattress and pillows) are soft and the covers are clean. Sometimes the "salas" could do with an electric fan but the air conditioning makes up for it after a while....

Clean and good value for your money.

I stayed in room 308. No Smart TV installed. I have no other option but to watch the TV, yet the reception is soooo weak. Overall, I stayed in a clean and peaceful place. My favorite place so far. Thank you! 👌
