So if u can avoid this place, although it has perfect location and people are very nice it is so dirty.all badsheet is like u have a sand on it but it not sand I think it is some bugs  I even got some skin disease..so although is cheap it is not excuse not to be on hygienic normal level

Night mare

I was at this hotel in February 2014 and May 2015 both times with my wife for 7-10 days. Personally, this hotel suits me perfectly. The price-quality ratio is 500 pesos a day, cheaper you will hardly find this quality. The location is on the main street to the pier, to the beach 5 minutes, quiet, good view from the windows, my kitchen. The staff is just emotional. We met the Francisco family, I even attended the birthday of the hotel owner. Then we went to the waterfall and climbed the mountain. And the walks in the evening with the hotel owner across the road is super!

A Journey to Paradise

Nothing special, but a nice place. Perfect starting point in el nido. Close to everything and at the right price. Would complain about anything, but don't expect anything extra about the place either.. if you are going to el nido and don't want to pay an overpriced room, this is a great option.

Good location and price

In a tiny town flooded with tourists, even with something like 140 places to stay it's a seller's market, so value is very poor. Francisco has cramped rooms, rudimentary facilities, Internet so bad it is almost non-existent. But the sad thing is that you may not find anything better at this price-- 30 - 50% higher than elsewhere in the Philippines for similar accommodations.

Very disappointing, but may be par for the course in El Nido

We stayed only a night after staying 2 nights in the hotel just across the street called Netibo Pension House. But we were forced to find another place as they already accepted an online booking. 
We therefore asked them for help and they managed to find a double twin room with bathroom in Francisco Inn at 500pesos/night.

Our room was clean - we had a cute pair of Hello Kitty bedsheets haha - and the bathroom as well. No hot water in the shower but the weather is usually hot so it doesn't feel that cold.
It was a room with fan so it was really hot at night...

One good surprise in our room, we realized at night the view from the window was wonderful. A sky full of stars above the rock. Unfortunately, the sound of the generator in the middle of the night wasn't a good one...

Internet wasn't working well but I guess it's the same everywhere on the island.

Tables and chairs are available at each floor if you want to have a rest outside of your room.

The hotel was central and only 10min walk from the main beach where all the tours start. The staff could have been friendlier - they seemed to be annoyed anytime we ask for something - but it was ok. 
We actually first contacted for informations for a tour but the lady at the reception didn't seem to be aware of anything. She still wanted us to book a tour but we checked at other agencies and the one she offered was supposed to be cancelled because of the weather and she didn't even mention it...

In the end, I think this place is still a great one for budget travelers like us willing to stay a few days in El Nido for a cheap price.

The cheapest we could find in El Nido

The staff is nice and polite, the room was okay but not so good for the price. My big issue was the bathroom where neither the shower or the toilet were working properly that I found bothering considering the warmth of the climate...

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights because of it's very affordable price. The Inn is located at the first street on your right if you're coming from Puerto Princesa. We got the room with AC. AC in very good condition. Beds are okay. The wash room could be better. The water in the wash room turns yellow sometimes. No shower, just a bucket and dipper. No 24hr receptionist. WiFi here doesn't work at all. It's near a laundry shop, motorbike rental and tour agency. The place in short is very accessible. Staff are friendly. 

You get what you pay for...

I arrived early in the morning and without a reservation, and was given the only room they had available but it was very expensive and only with ventilator, so the next morning I switched to a hostel.

 Regular

A room with a private bathroom and ventilator for 500.php. offers you a towel, the same in the three days you've been there, they haven't cleaned the room or changed the sauna. around there are other accommodation options. choose a room not near the balcony, as people usually stay until late in the evening there and you won't be able to sleep.

per 500 php is not bad.

Good quality price ratio and kitchen to cook yourself, the perfect place but when you see the staff who cares not even a hello, not even a thank you, and well on me not a goodbye, this place is fine but change the staff please
