I stay here frequently and have never had issues 

Amazing location right in the centre of BGC 

Very close to Forbestown 

Staff very friendly and accommodating

Security alert and considerate . 

I would definitely recommend staying here for solo travellers and couples 

I would not recommend the one bed from apartment for anyone with children 

Wi-Fi is very fast

This is my 3rd time staying at the Luxe Residences.  I've rented my condo via. AirBnB and have no bad words to say about the owner and the staff at the Luxe.  The room that I rented on this trip was spacious and very clean.  My only issue is that the signal of the internet is not as strong as I would like in the bedrooms but overall it was not a big issue. My condo was fully furnished and had a modern feel to it. The staff there is very friendly and courteous. They are willing to be of assistance at anytime , regardless the time.  I also felt very secure.  The location is prime as it is centrally located by popular destinations in BGC.  Walking distance to the Mind Museum , Burgos Circle, High Street and if you walk the entire High street, you will be by the major malls in BGC, Market/Market and SM Aura.  During the peak hours if you do want to venture outside BGC, you will have a hard time getting a taxi as they are reluctant to get passengers at that time due to the congestion on the highways. You may have to offer a little more money for them to take you.  I recommend utilizing applications such as UBER and GRAB where they cannot refuse your request.  As for noise, yes there is because there is a lot of construction around the building , but it did not affect me as I was up at 7am and back at the condo at 5pm.  by the time I get back, the construction site is closed for the day.  I recommend staying here!

No idea why the reviews are bad. This is a great place to stay.

Great Location , NO issues with my stay!

The staff were friendly, the WiFi fast, and the location very good, but sadly they're the only positives.

The room was clean but very dated, however the cheap single glazed aluminium windows made very little difference to the noise from the street and the construction site nearby. In fact, in one of the rooms there was a large gap between the frame and the door to the balcony. I was forced to sleep with the air conditioning on, not because it was hot but to drown out the nose from outside! 

Meanwhile, the bed was so hard that it was not a lot different from lying on the table.

I was only booked for 3 nights, but I could not have stayed longer anyway due to sleep deprivation.

Not for the light sleeper

... stay here. The apartments are outdated, small, noisy, smelly, dirty and not maintained. I checked in, found out that bed was broken, AC not working properly, TV not working, no litter bags, no window in the living room - felt like buried alive. The kitchen (serviced apartment!) did not even have the basics like salt or pepper. Just don't stay here, I checked out the same day.

Just don't ....

This was a horrible experience, when I first arrived the wifi didn't work so it took about an hour and a replacement router to fix it.
The apartment was huge and looked lovely but was also full of bugs and cockroaches so each day I was killing them. They were even in the fridge when I arrived so couldn't have any food in the apartment. After a couple of days I moved to a smaller apartment but again this had bugs and cockroaches.

 Eventually after about a week and been bitten so often that my hand swelled, I moved out and checked into another hotel. 

One of the lifts was fully boarded in plywood so didn't feel safe at all.

The staff were lovely and very apologetic but there was nothing they could do to fix the issues

Rented 2 - 3 bedroom apartments at Luxe Residences in BGC. Great location but horrible apartment for the money. Apartment very spacious but not kept up at all. Bad cleaning service and when we arrived - no trash cans, towels, lightbulbs and washer/dryer not working. Beds very hard. I cannot recommend staying here although the staff is very polite and helpful (typical Filipino which was at least helpful). 

Not recommended 

This serviced apartment/condo is located in Bonifacio Global City.  Rented a unit for a few months, then moved out.  It's called Luxe but it feels kinda cheap.  The building manager didn't disclose to us that the dust and noise from the construction of adjacent buildings makes staying here almost unbearable.  It's impossible to sleep in as the jackhammers are relentless.  Anyone with sensitive lungs will get an asthma attack for sure.  We were told the construction would be done in a couple of months.  But it looks like the two skyscapers aren't going to be completed any time soon.

The couch in the unit had a bad smell and stains.

Also, some important mail we were expecting went missing.  The front desk couldn't offer an explanation, nor a proper apology.

The parking is dimly lit making it feel unsafe. 

There are too many negatives over any of the positives. I recommend finding a better place to stay.

Horrible - nothing good about the Luxe aside from the friendly staff who were limited in fixing problems.

Rooms had no lightbulbs, unclean upon check in, leaky washer, no soap, towels etc

And noisy rooms due to construction next door.
