The room is different from the advertised one. The comfort is 5/10. The generator

Management are arrogant and rude. The rooms are filthy. Tried to get a refund and leave but they refused. They even called the police on me because I asked for a refund, the police told them that is my right to ask for a refund. No help from Hotels.com. I had to stay in the s...hole. Do not stay here!!!!!!

AC is so loud and the CR flooring- tiles were not properly installed. Must change the towel and blanket.

I was booked by a friend to the hotel in May for an event in town ,,not far from the hotel.

When I saw ther word "Suite" I imagined it to be a large room. But the room was small, and compact, NOT a suite sized room

This hotel is good for budget travellers, but if you have the money, better get a bigger room in the same hotel. there is a small coffee shop downstairs but they allow you to eat your own food there and loan you cutlery and crockery. Free hot or cold water.

Budget hotel, misleading name

For a short time and for the insensitive people who have no high demands, a night can be fine. All in all, I was rather dissatisfied, once the booked price was raised, the reason was that I would get a room with a fridge, which would be more expensive, after some discussion I paid the agreed price, but then I had to take a room without a fridge. There was no change at breakfast every morning, the monotone meal at once.

Visit

Disappointed - didn't get the rooms that I booked and paid on-line, so I end up picking undesirable available rooms that I have to pay at check out.  Considering that I have to settle on what is available, and for the price that I paid, I believe the accommodation was fine, but I must say that my nose did notice something smelly on the bed mattress/foam and pillows.

Useless On-Line Booking System.

First off, it's not a 5-star hotel. Don't expect too much. My family first stayed on the first floor then the following day we transferred to the second floor of which we can breathe the fresh air. The staff is considerate. We were able to negotiate the price since we stayed for about 4 days. The location is near to Gaisano, SM and Robinsons place. Definitely we will check-in there again. Budget-wise, I highly recommend Pearl Suites.
