Gemini Travelers Lodge

We stayed there during 8 nights in total, we paid 800pesos each night for two.
We had a room with two big bed and a bathroom, the place was comfortable enough for the price
We were only looking for a place to put our stuff and to sleep nothing more so this was okay
But dont go there if you are looking for a something more, this is just a bed and a shower, the place is not very clean and you could find some insects or mosquitos (but you are in philippines ;) ) 

To sum up, very good for backpackers or people who dont plan to stay in their room ! But nothing more 

If we go back to El Nido we will go back in Gemini for sure

Good bargain

My friends and I were supposed to stay at Hakuna Matata, but since the hostel is fully booked, their staff recommended this inn which is right next to their establishment. I was traveling with two other backpackers. We checked the room for three and to us, it was just great. We paid 800 for the room, and we ended up staying 5 nights.

Our room had three queen-size beds with their own frames. We had our own bathroom, and there was plenty of space for our stuff. The AC was working fine. The Wi-fi was intermittent, but there was a time when the receptionist left the pocket Wi-fi to us so we could hopefully have better connection. It was raining a lot while we were there, and the floors could be muddy, but they did their best to keep it clean. Gemini is close to El Nido beach, right across Art Cafe and a few walks to the famous Pukka Bar and El Nido Pizza. Overall, I had a good stay at this hostel and would recommend this to a traveling group.

Value for Money, but for a Group

The place was alright and cheap especially if you’re not picky. Good for backpackers and for those who are on the budget. 

Our only complaint was the water - it didn’t look good and I hope they install a filter soon. 

Good lodge!

We stayed there for 3 nights. the rooms are NOT clean. the FOOD sucks and the crew is not so nice to us. we decided to cancel our tour C which we get the package from them but as per CHE (manager) tours are not refundable.. i would not recommend staying on thing place if you are groups or solo. but if you don't care about the cleanliness of rooms, this hotel is good and cheap. 

Location of this hotel is good. 2 to 3 mins walk(near art cafe) to the beach where most of the tours pickup point.

WORST HOTEL EVER

Stayed here for 1night last minute, we booked it at the airport and were assured reception would be open for our late arrival (12.30am).  We arrived to complete darkness, no note, no key nothing...we eventually tried the doors until we found an empty room and took it for the night.  The bathroom was disgusting (to the point neither of us bother to use it at all) there was no toilet roll, used soap in the shower, a wet floor.  The beds were ok and the aircon began working at around 2am. 
We were then woken at 8.50am by the staff telling us to check out quickly, after scrambling our stuff we left around 9am only for the staff to try and force us onto an island hopping tour....needless to say we left and checked into our hotel for the remainder of our stay. 
The building is used looking, the narrow corridors give it a horrible feel and everything seems damp. 

I would certainly never return.

Pretty grim place 

absolutely shocking, the worst hotel I ever stayed, we pre paid for 5 days however we left after 2, we had one room for one night and there was around 50 mosquito, not sure  why but I never seen so many at one place. I could recommend Sea Slugs Hotel.
