Stayed here with friends in April 2015. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Boracay in April was extremely hot, so we were very happy to get back to our hotel with AC. Breakfast is not offered but there are so many restaurants around that area. It is also very close to D'Mall and all the attractions on the island. I can only recommend this hotel if you travel with large group of friends.
