Very kind hotel staff, cozy room with ample space and good facilities, especially because you are not supposed to stay in your hotel a lot while spending time in Aguas Caliente. The town is about strawling around, enjoying the sceneries, visiting Machu Picchu

Good hotel for a good price

We stayed at this Inn the night before heading up to Machu Pichu.  The desk manager Brian was fantastic, he met us at the train and took us to the Inn.  It is on a busy street in town and therefore was quite noisy.  Room was clean, bed was good and the water was warm for a shower.  The breakfast in the morning was small but adequate.  If you go be ready to walk as it is all up and down the mountain side.  The Inn is located close to a few good restaurants.

Enjoyed our stay

This hotel is not what we hoped. The rooms are ok except when it rains at night and you wakeup in a wet bed and water on the floor. Noisy children outside so you can’t sleep. The breakfast buffet is lousy and the coffee not warm. The sausages looked days old. There was a musty smell. The staff undersand zero English.

More a hostel for backbacker than family

I was there with my family on July5th and we were really disappointed and disgusted. When we went to the bed we saw something that looks like a stain on the sheets,then we started checking everything and that's when we discovered the pillows,it was dirty and old. Also above the bed near the  ceiling there was blackened mold stains.
In the  other room where my family member was staying at, his pillow too was even MORE dirty, old, and MOLDY!! When he went to inspect the bathroom, he opened the shower door and it LITERALLY FELL in his hand. After finding all of this out, we called and complained and they changed our sheets and pillows.  Still after everything we saw, it was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, to spend the night their. We didn't want to keep on looking for more disgusting issues. 

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

This hotel lacks in maintenance that is VERY much needed. The people who worked there didn't seem professional.  The "hotel" seemed more like a dirty hostel.
