Hotel to be avoided absolutely! No host: we had to go around the hotel for 20 minutes before finding someone to give us our rooms. Then we had to show our bank statement to prove that we had paid online and prove that our payment in € corresponded well to the required value in $! No staff in the hotel except the person at the reception and a man to do everything (bagager, plumber,...). No hot water in the rooms. No mini bar advertised on the reservation.

That's unfortunate.

Beautiful, peaceful, calm, environmentally friendly, everything you need to just be.   The hotel is situated a bit on the edge of town, so you'll need a car to get to restaurants, but the Rey supermarket is walkable.  The pool was a nice bonus, but we would have been happy just hanging out on the hammocks   We will definitely be back.

What a beautiful place... and eco-friendly

I went with my mother, in February 2020 wanting to know other activities outside of the classical, we paid for a tour of the supposed botanical garden of the Hotel, as it is a pity they charge for visiting its facilities without maintenance.

The botanical garden is in poor condition.

We spent 2 nights here and were very satisfied. As is often written, the small boutique hotel with only 8 rooms is located in a wonderful garden. The rooms are beautiful, Wi-Fi and hot water work perfectly. The pool is great, there is also a jacuzzi. It is true that one or two people staffed the facility well. Unfortunately, you can see in some places that there is not enough time to keep the facility well up. All in all, a good hotel with a reasonable price/performance ratio.

Better than some ratings

We stayed two days a group of 14 people in the Crater Valley.Since we arrived it has been all kindness and good service.The swimming pool is great and with large hanging hammocks and bed type.The fantastic breakfast included in the price of the room.Roberto and Diego waited for us and were always waiting for us.On the second night they prepared a buffet with panamanian specialities and it was wonderful.The hotel itself is a botanical garden and has a reserve of frogs from the area.Mr.Roberto took his time to finish the dinner by teaching us the different types of frogs, crystal Diego, green red eyes, highly educated frogs and waiting for us at all times.We needed to leave early and advanced half an hour ahead of our problems.Mr.Roberto said, in his own house, he has a reserve of frogs from the area.Mr.Roberto took his time to finish the dinner by teaching us the different types of frogs, crystal frogs, green frogs, if he was very educated and waiting for us at all times.We needed to leave early and get ahead of our problems.Mr. Roberto said,

The best hotel in the Del Valle

The rooms were fine with rustic details but with little lighting. During the two nights we stayed at the hotel, the staff had the attitude of being insignificant, they didn't explain anything to us about the facilities. Except if one brings food, drinks or has to pay for the discount. 1 sixpack of beer is $10. 1 bottle of wine is $10.

Bad service...

We were at this hotel from the Carnival Sunday until Tuesday, and would not return. Here are my reasons: 1. The facilities are neglected, the pool is dirty, the rooms are moulded, even in one of the beds we find a small cockroach. 2. You are supposed to pay a discount to be able to consume the drinks that we carry as customers. When we entered the hotel we were told that it was 10 dollars. Then the next day another worker told us that it was 20.

We have poor service and lack of maintenance.

A B&B in a beaufil setting. My room with wheel chair accesible shower comfortable beds, very clean. Breakfast very nice. Kind of expensive for prices in El Valle. If money is not your problem I definetly recommed This nice home that is now a B&B

Second worst hotel of my life

The facilities are very nice but the service is extremely poor, the staff is careless, we arrive very excited with the intention of resting and relaxing and we loved the entrance so excited we parked and went to the reception we rang the bell and sat down (it was 20 minutes and no one showed up) we played again until a girl came out disoriented and told me someone was waiting for her (wait another 15 minutes) until a young woman came and gave me my reservation number Online and we took the key and another young woman to accompany us to our room.
