Great location, beautiful area, many dining options nearby, and not too far from Cathedral Cove and Hot Water Beach. The owner, Jacqui, was very responsive when we needed her.

Apartment was very good but it was a steep set of stairs to climb with two heavy suitcases. Some confusion over the apartment number which took a few minutes to sort out.  Great pool for a relaxing swim. Well appointed with lots of amenities. Door to the washing machine was hard work. Excellent venue. Would stay there again.

Loved our stay in Whitianga. We did not use the pool but did enjoy walking down the pathway along the beach in the mornings. Our villa was clean, the bed was comfortable and we appreciated being able to do some laundry during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location with a stunning beach view. Apartment was modern and tidy. Good facilties and excellent communication. Enjoyed walking on the beach to the local coffee cart.

Well maintained, clean with great access to beach and local shops a few mins drive.

The accommodation was amazing. Quiet small but perfect for 2 people. The pool and hot tub area was just in front of our entrance. The beach was across the road. And the town was a mere 5-10mins drive away.Would definitely recommend and come back!

Very clean and comfortable, our villa was equipped with all the amenities, that we expected.

Very Well Equipped

We have stayed in Villa 6 many times and always enjoy our stay. So relaxing looking out to a beautiful view. Easy parking and short drive into town. Has everything you need. Just be aware it’s very warm in summer as no air conditioning. But plenty of windows to open that help a bit. Really helpful property manager.

We really enjoyed our stay in Villa 6. The Villa location was great as it had great views and lots of natural light and being on the end of the block of Villas it offered more privacy. Loved the layout of the Villa and it had everything you need. Beautiful sitting in the lounge and looking out to the water views. An easy drive to the shops and restaurants. Good walking paths along the waterfront.

The Aqua Soleil Villa was the best value for money I have ever had. The apartment is on two levels with  lounge, kitchen and dining area at the bottom and two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs, about 80 sqm in total . All appliances as in a normal house can be found. The complex also has a heated swimming pool and spa pool as well.

Great place.

The parking was easy and had the location was great . The  beach was easily accessible and a 5 min drive to the restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and spa, but the villa could do with a bit of updating/refurbishing. Some of the fans didn't work and the remote in the bedroom was faulty, there was also limited channels. Overall the property was good and had everything we required for our holiday.

We had a great stay in Whitianga and the kids particularly loved the pool. There were a few frustrating things about our unit 21. It was very very hot, and while fans were provided they did nothing but circulate the hot air, especially upstairs. I wouldn’t call the cleanliness “spotless” as there were fingerprints on the walls and dirty towel left in the machine for us. It’s the little things sometimes... no battery in the clock and no refil for the fly/mosquito dispenser. The kitchen was well equipped.The beds were comfortable and so handy being across from the beach

Family holiday

This was fantastic.  A little different in that it's an apartment, so you can cook, do washing etc.  It's great having the pool and spa to use and it's a very short walk to the beach.  Nice and quiet too.  Jacqui, our host has excellent communication and she is so kind, we got caught with bad weather and couldn't leave the area, she made sure we stayed there, safe and warm and refused to take payment for the extra night.  There were also many other nice touches, coffee machine with pods, books, and a BBQ on the deck.  I would definitely return here and highly recommend this place to everyone.

Lovely units which are individually owned. Easy to get key from the lady who looks after them . Owner of unit 35 needs to update the furniture, the rug is very stained, sofa grotty and something wrong with the sound on the TV and the bed has seen better days  But overall they are good  units with dishwasher washing machine and lovely pool area.
