I expected an old but comfortable hotel, especially for the price we paid ! This is neither. The room was old with a very dirty carpet. We had 2 dogs with us but have never been given such a dirty room in all our travels. The beds were comfortable enough and the room was big enough for us all. Dinner was good but not spectacular and the staff were efficient and friendly. 
This is obviously an old farm building which has been converted. It is desperate need of renovation. The photo shows a pretty building, which is correct at first glance but the inside lets it down. I was glad that we only had one night on the way to Calais.

Disappointing.

Probably as close as you can get to a farm-house stay in a hotel in the province North Brabant. 

De Collse Hoeve comprises 15 rooms surrounding a square garden plus some smaller rooms upstairs in the main building. We stayed at one of the 15 rooms around the inner square. These rooms are basic but conveniently sized (our room had two queen beds) and very quiet. A basic breakfast was included. Free wifi was available in the lobby, but not in the room. 

A nice hotel for those seeking a restful basic accommodation.


Farm house stay

The hotel have a terrible localization, do not have any kind of services near. The rooms are old and not so clear. 

The restaurant dont have a great menu, they offers always the same dishes. 

There are not markets and shops near by the hotel, and it is necessary take a taxi for go to those places.

Hotel used for business trips one night, the staff was kind with a sense of humor, the room was bigger than we expected, very clean, with a very good desk. Very reasonable price, including breakfast, there are plenty of choices and healthy options. I definitely use this hotel and highly recommend it.

Used hotel on single night business trip, the staff were friendly with a sense of humour, the room was bigger than expected, very clean with a really good work desk area. Very reasonable rate which included breakfast, lots of choice and healthy options. Would I use this hotel, yes I would and I would recommend.

Good Hotel with friendly staff

It's really bad, the hotel has really potential from the substance and it could become a great getaway hotel. However, it's probably more designed for business trips and you've lost sight of the detail. Right on arrival you'll be asked to cash in and have to pay for the room in advance. You've had bad experiences here. The rooms are okay, the beds are very good. Alledings also lacks comfort here. The carpet floor is very old, the terrace (which could be a highlight) is not really used, because there are only iron chairs that are covered with greenpan.

Unfortunately not recommended

Charming hotel in an old renovated barn. Rooms are extremely spacious and equipped with two king size beds and a separate sofa. Spacious and very clean bathroom with bath tub and separate shower. Abolutely well working heating available. Breakfast a little basic but good.

Good hotel in an old farm

I stayed at this hotel for almost two years, one week out of every three, and I even helped translate the menus into French. The rooms are a little aging and the one on the first floor is to be avoided at all costs (bad sound insulation and bathrooms).

It's a good hotel, but you have to choose the rooms.

There were 24 guests and I spent 4 nights at the Hotel de Collse Hoeve, Nuenen (Ü/F) over Easter, when the annual Sandiacre and Beek en Donk was taking place. The hotel was first class and we had great, spacious rooms and had a nice friendly experience. Although it is remote in the countryside, the ambience was first class. For breakfast there was plenty and the staff was first class. Would we come back?  Yes, of course. The price is good, the hotel is good and the hospitality is also given. What more do you want?

This is a great hotel.

Our group of 24  persons stayed at the Hotel de Collse Hoeve, Nuenen for 4 nights bed and continental breakfast over the Easter weekend for the annual twinning of Sandiacre and Beek en Donk.

The hotel was first class with excellent spacious bedrooms and good hospitality.

Although the hotel is out of the way in a countyside setting the surroundings and ambiance of the hotel were first class.

The breakfast was plentiful and the attitude of the staff was excellent.

Would we stay at this hotel again? - Yes, most certainly.

Good price, good hotel and good hospitality - What more could you ask for!
