A gem in the heart of Amsterdam Our stay at this hotel was simply perfect. The location couldn't be better — right in the heart of Amsterdam, just a 5-minute walk from Central Station (Amsterdam Centraal), which makes getting around incredibly easy without needing public transport. We were traveling with our toddler, who is about to turn two, and from the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. They were always happy to assist us, even in the middle of the night when we needed to warm up a bottle — always with a smile. These little gestures make a big difference. The hotel itself is equally impressive. The interior design is elegant, cozy, and has a charming Amsterdam feel that shows throughout the hallways, breakfast area, and the rooms. Everything was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully decorated. A special thank you to Renata, one of the receptionists, for her warmth and genuine care towards our son Adolfo. I'd also like to mention the gentleman working the night shift — a tall, well-dressed man who was always courteous and helpful whenever we came down with the bottle. Small things like this truly made us feel at home. In short: an unbeatable location, wonderful staff, and a lovely atmosphere that makes you want to return. Without a doubt, this will be our go-to hotel for future visits to this amazing city. Highly recommended!
