We spent a whole week at Bastion Hotel Amsterdam Zuidwest from October 21st to October 28th We were looking for something close to our daughter’s house and this hotel was a right match between location and price Location is good and just one station from the airport. Supermarket is 5/7 minutes walk and transportation to the city center is around 10 minutes walk The rooms are simple, cozy and clean. With all you need for your stay. Amenities in the bathroom and perfect working heating which is a must during these autumn winter season Mini Fridge and coffee maker in the rooms are a great detail . They provide you with coffee, sugar and creamer every day, and if you need you can ask for more We did not have the chance to try the restaurant onsite Staff members were always nice and helpful. Special thanks to Lucas who helped us with a problem with our van. With no doubt we will return if we have the opportunity
