Amazing place! Lovely people! The owner is very friendly! A friend of mine has recommended me this place and I am really glad she did it! Great location, very clean and tidy.. I really recommend this place!

I loved this place; the rooms are very cheap (400rs) but fantastic value: pretty big rooms and very clean (they were cleaning the shared bathroom several times a day) My room was on the first floor and I had a nice view of the lake and a nice balcony to sit on in the evening. The bathroom had hot water. The family who runs it are very friendly and you don't get any hassle. After travelling around Nepal and staying in some horrible hotels (and getting ripped off) this place was like an oasis for me. 

We stayed in this guesthouse for 3 months this year and for 3 months the year before (only my partner). The guesthouse is quiet, clean and has a beautiful garden. 
The staff members are so kind and helpful. I already miss our daily chats.

This is not a five star hotel but it is a very good cheap place to stay. Rooms are kept in good shape and the staff are friendly. A little but out of the centre of town but only a 5 minute walk up the main street.

i stayed for only 400 rupees in a new, clean double room, with cosy furniture that has everything you need. the guesthouse has a beautiful garden with many flowers and a view onto the lake. shower was hot&good. it is a bit set apart from the main street so it was quiet at night. i could store my things there during my trek for free. i definitely recommend this place! 

I spent 2 nights in the Banana Garden lodge and really enjoyed my stay. I had a room on the first floor. The room was very clean. The bathroom and toilets outside of the room were also clean. I always had hot water to take showers. The place is very well located, with a lot of restaurants and cafe around. But it's away from the main street so you can enjoy some quiet time in the garden. If you are close to the reception the internet connection is very good. And the people are super friendly!!! For 400 rupees/ night, I would definitely recommend that place.
