14 reviewsI stayed at Hotel Myitkyina for a few days in October. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious and as was the hotel overall. The breakfast buffet was alright but there were limited options. The only reason I haven't given the hotel 5 stars is that when I asked them to book me a taxi they tried to charge me 3,000 kyat on a 5,000 kyat fare because the hotel had called the taxi for me. As a hotel, they should be able to call a cab for their guests without charging a 60% commission.
