This hotel blew our minds as soon as we arrived. It's in a great location for exploring the medina and souks, whilst also being safely tucked away from the chaos. The pool area is so quiet and the rooftop is great to catch the sunshine. The staff (namely Hussain and Monem) were incredibly helpful, provided us with tonnes of honest recommendations and took us safely to and from our taxi's every day. The staff work so hard (Zohra, Amina, Aicha, Joudia, Fati, Saad and Mona) to look after their guests - I would definitely recommend the Hammam massage! The breakfast is more than adequate, lots of fruit and pastries and the option of eggs. If you have a ground floor room just bare in mind that people having their breakfast are seated right outside your room, so you will hear the early risers. But this was minor. If you have any early morning trips (like the 4am hot air balloon flight - highly recommended for sunrise views!) remember to let the reception staff know so they can unlock the door for you. We truly had the best time - 100% would recommend you book here!
