Riad Shemsi

Riad Shemsi is a true oasis of calm in the heart of Marrakech. Tucked away in the Medina, this charming riad offers a peaceful retreat from the bustling streets while still being within easy reach of the city's main attractions. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Their warm hospitality and attentive service ensured that every aspect of our stay was perfect. They were always on hand to offer helpful recommendations and made us feel right at home. We were in the Vanilla room which is right by the side of the pool and it was lovely. My only recommendation is take ear plugs. The noise can travel around the building. It wasn’t an issue but was helpful during early morning calls to prayer etc. The breakfasts were a highlight—freshly prepared each morning with a delicious selection of Moroccan pastries, fruits, and traditional treats. Enjoying breakfast was a wonderfully relaxing way to start the day. The riad itself is beautifully decorated, with elegant interiors that blend traditional Moroccan charm with modern comfort. The tranquil courtyard and refreshing plunge pool provide a serene escape after a day of exploring. For the price, Riad Shemsi offers exceptional value. The combination of its peaceful ambiance, excellent service, and authentic charm makes it a fantastic choice for anyone looking to experience Marrakech in comfort. Highly recommended!
