My wife and I stayed at the Riad Snam13 for one night, after a four day trip to the desert. The location on a quiet side street was perfect. It was quiet and restful, despite being in the Medina, and the Riad being fully occupied when we were there. Our room was beautiful, with good AC, and a little patio area. The rooftop terrace was a perfect place for breakfast. Also, there is a small pool that was very refreshing to dip in during the summer heat. The staff was very friendly and attentive. we would absolutely recommend staying at the Snam13.

An oasis of calm. Staff were absolutely brilliant- a big thank you to Majid and Mohamed  for being so lovely and to the manager who met me at the taxi on my arrival and accompanied me to the taxi on departure. Such exceptional service. Was treated like royalty.  Delicious breakfast and then there was the room… wow!!!  
Immaculate, incredibly quiet. A massive, really comfy bed and plump pillows. What luxury! A perfect escape from the chaos of the medina for any weary traveller wanting to recharge their batteries.

Just finished a wonderful stay here. The space is beautiful, with a cute courtyard in the middle for breakfast. My room was lovely and quiet. My partner commented about the staff - "they are all so nice." And the free breakfast was tasty too. Would highly recommend.

Riad Snan13 is comfortable, quiet, and clean. The staff is extremely helpful and many speak English. They were helpful with recommendations. We stayed for three nights and enjoyed the location inside the walled city, close to a variety of restaurants and shops.

This is a beautiful tranquil oasis in the middle of the busy Medina. The decor  was gorgeous throughout. We had 2 breakfasts, and one dinner the night we arrived. The food and service was exceptional. The dinner was the best we had during our visit to Marrakesh and much better value than in highly rated restaurants. Snan13 is a wonderful small Riad close to the secret garden palace, the rooms are all unique with extreme charm. On the to there is a Great team there and very professional service , if you go in marrakech , really a place you should consider , in your top choices.

We spent 4 days in Marrakech in Riad Snan 13 and it was an amazing experience. Having stayed in hotels in Casablanca and Fes, we were bowled over by the beautiful villa and the lovely room so thoughtfully done up. The staff went out of their way to make us at home and the service was so personalised it was simply too good. The meals were excellent and they were the best 4 days in Morocco. The location is so convenient being in the heart of the old city.
I wish Riad Snan 13 all the best and will not hesitate to stay there again.

Beautiful serene riad. Perfect location. I’m very glad we were in the western edge of the Médina.  The staff were exceptional - the best of our trip to Morocco.  We enjoyed breakfasts on the roof top every morning. Just lovely.

This is the second time I've stayed at Riad Snan13 and was just as amazing as the first time.  The ambiance, rooms, and riad are charming.  The dedicated staff extremely attentive and accommodating, special mention and thanks to Jawad .  The Riad is perfectly located for those who want to be in the Mouassine area. Unfortunately I was only here for one night but WOW was it amazing. The staff, design, luxury touches were all fantastic. The attention to service and other details was great, the breakfast in the courtyard was wonderful and the staff were all authentic, warm and so helpful. It was like staying with a family. I would HIGHLY recommend the Riad, especially for discerning travelers.

Beautiful oasis in the Medina

A fantastic experience

Perfect stay at a charming Riad in Mouassine

A lovely little riad down a quiet alley in the best part of the medina. We visit Marrakech frequently and chose Riad Snan on this occasion to be close to all of our favourite restaurants and shops in the Mouassine neighbourhood. It was easy to find, very safe at night and if it's location you're after, it really can't be beat. Super friendly, non-obtrusive staff, although a special mention to Mohammed who looked after us so well during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and as good as any we've had in Marrakech. The pretty rooftop has a couple of large sunbeds and wonderful views. The rooms are simply decorated but nice and clean, and the beds were comfortable. We travelled as a family with two teenagers. The Lalla Samia can be arranged with twin beds on request so it was perfect for the kids. A lovely room with a nice big bathroom and a good shower. We stayed in the Hammam which was nice and although it has a feature bathtub, it doesn't have a proper shower which might be a negative for some. The pool is very small, perhaps more decorative than anything, but would be ideal for a quick plunge in the summer. We stayed 3 nights. If you're looking for luxury, with a lot of extras or amenities, then you might be disappointed but it's as lovely and serene as it looks on the website and we thought it was very good value. Would recommend for short stays

Unbeatable Location

Elegance, Luxury, Service and Design

I can’t say enough lovely things about this hotel. 
It’s the most beautiful building, very comfortable with exquisite contemporary design (I wanted to take all the furniture and fittings home!), not many rooms so it’s very peaceful, tucked away but near everything, very cute roof terrace with comfy seats and sunbeds - and the most amazing staff. 
I hope the owner reads these reviews - because you have chosen the best group of people to look after your guests. 
Ahmed, Rahim and the lovely lady who’s there during the day are absolute gems. 
We felt very looked after without ever feeling crowded or disturbed. Ahmed met us on foot from our taxi and even offered to walk us back if we ever needed it after our evening meal. Kindness itself. 
Choosing a hotel in Marrakech can be difficult but I won’t have to spend any time deciding where to stay when I come back next time :)

Absolutely gorgeous riad with the best staff

Perfect location. Near to the action of the medina but tucked away enough for relaxation. The riad was beautiful and absolutely spotless. We were welcomed with a delicious mint tea and Beatrice sat with us to show us a map with all the locations we wanted to see and routes to each.  Our room was large and beautiful, bed was comfy and a giant bathroom. We were in Suite Selma. The entire team at the riad was welcoming and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

An escape within the medina

We had the best stay at Road Snan13! The place was just beautiful, the staff so welcoming and the location was perfect. 

As we arrived after midnight, one of the staff members met us at the city wall and showed us the way to the riad (same when we left early in the morning a couple of days later). Both the staff and the owner were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Definitely our best stay in Marrakech!
