We just spent eight days in Dar Ambre, what can I say more that it was perfect, beautiful room, staff available at any time of the day. Really excellent stay. If you have to go to Marrakech, I really recommend you spend a few days in Dar Ambre

It's great.

The hotel is very far from everything, you can't go out for a walk around the corner because there is no street corner! To get back to the hotel at night I wouldn't have trusted any taxi. The Palace is very dirty: the hotel's dog in the hall (and I hope it was the dog's crutches), cockroaches crushed by the staff and not picked up in the rooms. Very few alcoholic drinks: we had a bottle of Campari left over and a dozen beers for the whole week (4 people). Between each service we had to wait about 30 minutes while we were sitting alone in a desert hotel! We'll also be waiting for the breakfast service that I don't judge, however, as well as the other travellers, and not picked up in the rooms. That's a shame.

Everything was beautiful, the pool, the service, the kitchen, the cleanliness and the decoration. This is so pleasant. Besides, the spa is also gorgeous. In short, I recommend 100% I spent a magical stay in Dar Ambr, a haven of peace in Marrakesh.

It's a magnificent and lavish place.

Brilliant hotel, luxurious, clean and very friendly, nothing too much trouble for the staff.  This hotel is about 15 minute taxi drive from medina and is super calm and peaceful.

Superb hotel

Hello, unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity to stay in this hotel. (important family booking the whole hotel) and so they had to find us a replacement hotel, I have to say they warned me a month in advance, and then they offered me the Dar Sabra hotel, I immediately accepted, unfortunately or fortunately 5 days before I arrived, I received an email from the Dar Ember hotel telling me that it is again not possible to stay in Dar Sabra, and then they offered me the Murano hotel... which I accepted directly... and frankly I was very happy to stay in Murano B.

Too much change

This place is really not recommendable unless your looking for that really odd experience.

The hotel probably was a nice place when it opened 10 years ago or something like that, and you can tell from brochures you are handed that they really believed in the idea of being a 'palace'. But now ...

Only very few guests are coming here, but a lot of well-off locals who use it as a hideaway to have fun with prostitutes. They are coming and going in large numbers all night long. We experienced a few times that they had arguments with a lot of screaming and yelling - and for some reason always around 4 AM?

The kitchen did only serve microwave food for us - including the breakfast. Everything obviously came from the freezer! The only fresh thing was the orange juice. The food is really bad!

The rooms are not especially nice - especially taking the price into consideration. They are way smaller than written on the booking sites, and the beds are rock hard. The cheapest rooms (standard rooms) do not look as if anyone has stayed there for a long time (weird tents, but totally fallen apart) - everyone are obviously upgraded to other rooms, yet these can easily be in the basement of the villa without a lot of daylight.

We stayed in a so-called luxury suite, and that name is the biggest exaggeration ever :-) - don't let the pictures fool you.

The staff is somewhat okay, but do only speak French (apart from the manager). They do however do everything to ignore you if you speak English to them.

The swimming pool is not heated, even though it is stated so.

The garden is nice!

Weird place: Prostitutes, Microwave-restaurant and French-speaking only staff

After a while, I decided to post this comment (better late than ever...) Housed in a luxurious tent, this family home has been adapted to taste and luxury. Away from the noise of the city, it's a total landscape change.

A haven of peace...

One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever known, very good taste in decoration, the kindness of the staff, a place to relax, read, swim, eat rich, is to be in an oasis within Marrakech.

Excellent hotel and boutique.

As soon as you cross the entrance gate you will find an oasis of peace and well-being.Wonderful location.17 very cozy rooms with large bathrooms and fireplace.I personally stayed in the suite-style tent with private pool...What to say?....A show!Remy and Jordan are the perfect homeowners attentive to your wishes.
