What a fantastic hotel with incredible staff! We had a lovely room and bathroom (no shower, just a jet-bath in our room - not sure if this is the same in all rooms?). Very comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel reception area is beautiful, with a 135 year old olive tree growing in the reception lobby. The pool is very pretty too, although I didn't swim because it was winter. It has lights built into the floor of the pool, that I believe map out the stars. Very cool. The staff were really amazing. So attentive and friendly. A special shout out to Camélia, the Guest Relations Manager, who made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived, and even before with a WhatsApp message the day before. Also to Ayoub, Hakima, Zak, Oussama and the rest of the team. Thank you. You all made our stay a wonderful experience and we enioyed having chats with you. Would definitely recommend.
