Able to accommodate last minute booking changes. Very welcoming staff and clean room. Delicious breakfast!

Great spot only about 3-5 minutes walk from the Medina and local shops. Breakfast crepe was excellent. Wifi is slow and they didn't provide any room cleaning but we were only there for two days so it didn't make much of a difference. Would stay again at the low rates we paid.

Really liked Chefchaouen and the hotel is in a great location to explore the area. Some of the staff (the female when when arrived) were lovely and helpful. The others were ignorant  and miserable.

This is the third time I stay at Dar Zman and if I go to Chefchaouen again I will stay there. Love the location just between the main street and the medina entrance. Great costumer service, good breakfast, love the decoration of the riad and the rooms and with a nice rooftop.

I was already in awe of the chefchaouen when i arrived from fez, it is a city that continues to surprise me and it's beauty increases every day!
i stayed in chefchaouen for 1 day and 1 night and riad zman was the best choice by far. It's a few minutes walk away from the main square and it's highly unlikely to ever get lost since you just have to walk up the hill of streets and down again. The riad was beautiful very simple room, but very clean and had a fridge!! so you can put drinks in. Air con present for those hot nights in chefchaouen. The manager and staff were friendly and kind always willing to help us and make us feel welcome. Breakfast was amazing as well you get a beautiful view of chefchaouen and the beautiful mountains. The people are amazing, the locals are so kind and full of stories.! they're also very helpful. Food is relatively cheap and walking is the best to get by !!! will definitely come back to chefchaouen and will definitely stay it! this place is memorable and will definitely come back to stay and dar zman.

Really cool little place perfect location and fun.Made a nice breakfast in the morning, easy to deal with, fun vibe, and get what you pay for and more. Chefchaouen is a must and this place is perfect for those on a budget

...for our trip to Chefchaoune. We booked a double room and instead we got a room for 4 persons without charging us extra! Only the bathroom was too small. Breakfast was served in the lounge upstairs, where we had a great view of the city, and it was great! It's very near the centre of the town, about 5 minutes walking. If you travel by car, there is a parking very close to the hotel.I recommend it!

Perfect riad for a place like chefchouen!

Managed by Bouchra who speaks good English, this Dar is in the Mellah (Old Jewish quarter). Good location but not suitable for guests with mobility problems. Our room was ‘L’ shaped and the largest! No room for two women despite 3 beds! Shower tiny. Good for a couple of nights without luggage. No hanging space or drawers! Very blue with charm and noise from neighbours at night. We had room on first floor ‘Elgalia’. Breakfast on second floor any time from 9.30 onwards. Small outside terrace for breakfast or nicer indoors with local paintings and blue walls. Charming. 6 minute walk uphill to the Médina and Plaza. Take grande or petite taxi to outside Hotel MADRID and then walk up small slope and a few steps to the welcoming Dar. Recommended. 9 rooms only.

Perfect choice..

Convenient location by the side of the Medina. Access to the main road and save the hassles to find the way on foot for other hotels inside the medina. Stylist and beautiful Moroccan style with nice decoration. Room is small with 1 double & 1 single bed. Shower area is super tiny. I am lucky i am slim.

This hotel location is excellent, near to everything by walk. the staff, specially Bouchra Ahmad is very friendly and helpful. breakfast was very good with different moroccan choices. The hotel is very cozy. We strongly recommend this hotel. If you are planning to visit Morocco, you must visit Chefchaouen, it is a beautiful city. Hello from Silvia and Nestor, USA.

We have used several Riads during our two weeks in Morocco. This one is easily accessible (underground car park across the road 30 Dh per day). Neat, clean and tidy. Adequate air-conditioned rooms. Sun terrace. Nice breakfast. Friendly helpful young staff. At the edge of the Medina. We moved from a more expensive Riad the previous night that was not up to standard. 10/10 for value for money.

Great place

Very nice place to stay. It is convently positioned right next to the steps that lead up to the souk. We had the choice of two rooms and opted for the one on the top floor next to the breakfast room and terrace. The staff are so friendly and helpful with local information and even made us a cup of tea when we arrived back in the evening. Great WiFi and parking close by.

So Well Positioned

Cute little place. The only problem was our room was a bit too small for 2 big guys. But didn't matter since we were only staying for one night. Breakfast was decent but man, the orange juice was fantastic. Poor Hassan, I think that's what he told me his name anyway, had to squeeze them out as they came straight from Atlas Mountain. I hope he was right and he didn't just pour it out of a can. Anyway, can't go wrong with this place.

Good stay

Nice location, just 3min walk (upstairs) from road, and just 5 min walk to the town centre. Room is clean and tidy. But the Wi-Fi is very slow and unstable in the room. and the room just had 1 hanger and 1pcs toilet tissue (not a roll) and no more replacements, because they has no room cleaning on second day.

Nice Riad

Excellent hotel. Good location ! It was a good experience, but most important was that they treat you like a family. The woman at the front desk share her "Cous Cous" with me and with the woman that clean the hotel. We sat at the sofa and we ate from the same plate like a family. Thats was a good experience ! Thanks !!!
