There's a small kitchen with a small fridge, the view from the window is amazing, there's a bed in the window, which is very important on a hot day, and the downside is an old sofa, no washing machine, a steep staircase.

Location is brilliant, right in front of the port, which is very comfortable if you planning any trips by boat. walking distance to shops, restaurants and beaches. Room with ac  + a little balcony. Bathroom is very small but ok if you are staying just a few days. The owner is very helpful and kind. We will definitely return.

Perfect location, very friendly host

The apartments are next to the beach and the best restaurant in the city.The room was on the top floor and was very spacious and cool, despite the heat.It had everything needed for breakfast there and there was also a kitchenette for those who wanted to cook something easy.The people who managed them were also very friendly.

An inmejorable choice

The hotel is located in a tiny old building, two rooms, number 10 and 12. But it has been renovated, clean, modern sanctuary. And yet it's the rooms of a fairy-tale fisherman's tavern from Alexander Green's stories. Each room is a separate floor. The furniture and walls are stylized roughly. We live on the upper floor with a folded ceiling. From the window, the view of a marina with sailboats and fishing boats, the sea and the former old marina.

A fairy tale holiday in Zurbagan or Lisse

The apartments are in the first row of houses by the waterfront. The room is small, but very bright and clean. My husband and I both had more than enough. We stopped for a week, took a car for rent - just a parking lot right behind the house. The rooms have dishes and a refrigerator. Cleaning in a day or when you ask. A very nice and kindly hostess. In the room is a comfortable bed, Mediterranean style. A good bathroom (shower and toilets are clean and tidy).

Nice clean apartments at a reasonable price

Stayed here two nights.position is down by the marina which is really nice and the bars/ restaurants are much cheaper than the old town.the accommodation is basic, but clean and comfortable.we were met by the manager whi was quite helpful, but left us to sort ourselves out.for the price it's a good option.

Great location

We stayed at the Skver Apartments for the first 3 nights of our trip to Montenegro.

We were met by the owner on arrival after we had negotiated the narrow old streets of Herceg Novi and he helped us to carry bags to the room, showed us the room and how everything worked and then came to the car park to show us where it was (although it is directly behind the building it is not the easiest to find first time). 

The rooms were large and clean with a large double bed, TV, air conditioning, fridge, en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. 

The owner of the apartments seems to be a local entrepreneur and owns one of the very good (and expensive) local restaurants as well as a café and a bar on Zalo Beach. He was extremely helpful and even gave us 2 free cocktails at the beach bar which was a nice touch.

The apartment is just off the waterfront but views of the water were restricted in our room. With the apartment lying within 50m of Zalo beach, where you have 2 complimentary sun beds and a parasol, this isn’t a major problem.
The location is great and the apartment is very close to several recommended restaurants and bars and is within a 10 minute walk to the beautiful old city of Herceg Novi, which shouldn’t be missed.

Some of the local area still suffers from the effects of the 1979 earthquake and the more recent wars with several derelict buildings awaiting re-development. This partially adds to the charm of the area but some may see it as detracting from the local beauty. I’m sure it won’t be long until these are brought back into use.
