There is no lift for people with disabilities to climb into the lobby, and people with disabilities will have to be subsidized by staff.

I was good. Really good location, the beach is just outside

We loved the location the beach was just across the street. Our room had an ocean view which it was amazing. The only thing we didn't like it's that  it becomes a chaos having all guests around the front desk at check-in time (3pm)

Right infront of the pier, breakfast buffet was really good and staff was really friendlyFirst room assined, cooling system too noisy and window view to a wall. We asked to be changed to another foom and view was great and no cooling system noise, but full of cockroaches. We had to kill around 15 cockroaches inside the room, in between the bed and the bed base, walking on the bed, terrible. We didnt ask for another room changed becuase at the front desk they said before that there were no more rooms available. So, we  had to buy a insecticide and removed the bed clothes and slept with clothes on.

It was cheap so that's good, and what was not hood was that the bathrooms were stinky

It is an affordable hotel with cost, good cleanliness and friendly staff.While it requires maintenance, all room services are used without any problem.It has 2 zones one with practically basic amenities and the other with larger rooms with sea view.A safe place to leave your belongings, I have been staying at this hotel for a little over 10 years and personally occupy it only to rest and generate security.As a recommendation, it would be good to have a deeper maintenance so that the rooms look better, but in general it is good.

A good visit to the sea and the center.

Very good service in the restaurant, by Marcela Estrada, is recommended when visiting Puebla to go to eat and experience the typical Puebla food, such as es el mole poblano, chalupas, Chilean enogada, etc.

He view from the balcony is fascinating, the cleanliness is very good, the places to visit are very close and the beach is located across the street .You can go out for a walk in the center, with your friends, family or alone., its location is excellent

When I made the hotel reservation, I did it with some doubt...the travelers were different 6-7 rating however the very competitive prices I found (700 pesos per night) encouraged me to choose it and voila! I found a simple but very clean hotel with friendly and serviced staff, a functional elevator lobby and mezanine commodos with large windows that let the sea breeze in, spacious rooms although simple, clean, obviously the furniture is old and very simple person are very spacious! and its terraces overlooking the sea are huge, the cabins perfectly two bedrooms and a table for relaxing here...y no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no is a waste of hotel space because of the spaciousness of an ex-station.
