I traveled with my husband and my 10-month-old baby.We were offered two room options when we arrived on the ground floor and second floor, we decided to leave the hotel, climb the hallways and stairs were not eliminated, very narrow paths between curb-like infonavit room houses, and we decided to change floors, I was surprised by the cleanliness of the home and I was left with a good impression, we went out to dinner and on the way back we found cockroaches everywhere, even trying to get into my baby's diaper, at that moment we decided to leave the hotel and asked to be refunded the amount paid for the room, which was denied to us by the receptionist and by the person who was waiting for me via the telephone who posed as the receiver, adding that they would have to wait for the day that the receptionist would return the rent, when the payment was made with a card and the only reason to enter the terminal was that the ticket was not to be used, and that the ticket was not to be used, and that was the only reason to make a ticket.

The facilities are clean and the staff is attentive, due to its location it is an excellent option due to its central location to visit the first square of the city, the only detail is the parking which is small, but does not represent the biggest inconvenience, the price very reasonable, in short a good option.

The service and reception staff were very kind, in addition to the price and location, and the tour left me stranded in San Cristóbal, and I had to return by transport from another group that was going there.

The hotel itself is very modest, yet the hygiene is very good and the treatment by the staff is of high quality.The location is very good, as well as the price, it is very affordable, even in rooms with air conditioning the price does not rise as much. 100% recommended.

Excellent treatment.

I was shocked to see the trash strewn about the streets in the area of the hotel.  Also, I caught strong whiffs of urine as I approached it.  Fortunately, the hotel itself The hotel was very clean.  My small room, in fact, seemed to have been passed through a sterilizer.  The staff was very attentive.  For a quick overnight stay before going to the airport, this hotel can be recommended.
About Tuxtla, where I lived and enjoyed living for twenty-one years:  it is very sad to see how much the downtown has been neglected:  streetlamps with their globes broken, from which the wires spill like guts, once attractive restaurants behind the cathedral turned into cheap ill-painted and poorly-lighted eateries and dry fountains filled with trash.

A clean oasis amid a filthy inner city

It's a good hotel, close to the center, actually that's the best part of this place.It also has parking for those who have cars, some of the rooms have air conditioning (called climate in Chiapas), although you have to pay extra for those rooms.Those that don't have air conditioners and windows, but not enough to combat the intense heat.They only offer a cup of coffee in the morning and the juices and bottles of water sell them dearly.

A good alternative to staying in a hotel.

I stayed at this hotel a week ago with a group of companions. although it was only one night, we really enjoyed the stay. we arrived at the hotel very early, and yet, the lady who attended us was very kind and courteous so there was no problem in occupying the rooms. the bathroom is quite clean, the WiFi signal was excellent, the beds very comfortable and the location of the hotel quite central. overall, very good hotel, good service. so since we will return again. thank you!

Excellent service.

We stayed for two nights on our way to San Cristobal de las Casas. The Hotel is located in the very heart of the city, just a block from the Cathedral and the main Plaza. The cleanest hotel we had in Mexico. Friendly, professional staff. Excellent value.. 400 Peso for the two beds room with ventilator. The only drawback.. It is quite loud..

Great location, excellent value, very clean

Hall with cars parked inside with the engine on! Tiny rooms and no way to open the window. I missed my reservation and the location is practically on the busiest street in the city.

Disappointing

We got here in the evening and stayed here for one night before catching an early morning cab ride to the airport.  The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.  The staff was helpful.  In the morning the person at the front desk called a cab for me which saved me some time and trouble.

Rooms come with wifi and optional air conditioning for 100 pesos more.
