Reforma Avenue

This is a budget hotel, and you will get your money's worth. I spent 6 nights here from Christmas to New Year’s Eve, which cost 3,660 pesos. The hotel's facility is rather basic. My room at 8th floor is bit noisy, since it is close to the road. The good things about the hotel is the following: first, it has good location. It is 50 meters off the most famous road, Reforma, and the red light sign "Hotel" is visible from afar. It is about 8-minute walk to Metro Juarez or about 10-minute to Metro Hidalgo. Second, the breakfast is great. It has scrambled eggs, one meat dish, bean, bread, juice, fruit, and others. Third, the staff may not speak English well, but they are nice and understand what you want. You can use a safe at the front desk. So you feel secure here. Fourth, it is near some places, which will you’re your life easier. There is OXXO nearby, and on my way to Juarez, there are many street food stands. The night before I left, I tried two tacos with pork, bean, and vegetable and pickles. Each cost 25 pesos, and they were delicious. Finally, it is convenient and reasonably priced to make a day trip from here. I made one to Puebla and one to Taxco, each for 680 pesos. I asked them after my breakfast after 8, and I was picked up around 9:15.
