Hotel Sol Playa

Highly recommend this property. Location is perfect, with next to no traffic, entrance to public beach just across the road, and just a short sraight shot, within walking distance, to 5th Ave. If you're in to exercise, you can literally start your run, walk, biking, etc...right outside your door; you won't be alone, seems to be a common route, as the majority of roadway is pedestrian only.Service is great, very attentive. As others have said, the coffee is delicious, as well as the fresh squeezed orange juice, both of which are included with breakfast, which was included in our stay, for which we could order off the menu; everything is delicious and good serving size. Loved the open air feel/atmosphere of not just the restaurant area, but the stairwell to the rooms, as well.The rooms are plenty spacious, bright, and quiet. Staff did excellent job of keeping our room immaculate every day we were there, fully restocking soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, etc... when needed. We loved relaxing in the hammocks on the rooftop.Oftentimes we came in late at night, and each night there was personnel on the other side of the door. This was very reassuring and gave us a sense of security. If in area again, we would definitely stay here again. No complaints and very affordable.
