Terrific place with two full bedroom bath areas along with long public area, full roof access with sunning area and jacuzzi. Two patios, washer/ dryer. Good TV. Excellent kitchen. I highly recommend it. So what's the problem. Large construction project on all sides of the building which is currently rising to 1 or 2 stories higher than our units roof. Beach views and much of the breeze is gone as will be the sun in a few more months. If this is not a problem then this place is great. The only other problem is the heart breaking climb to the third floor and locked under garage that requires security to get the door up( no remote). Beach and 5fh ave are only minutes away. Definitely should consider this unit!
