Great property with large family style rooms. Centrally located to multiple restaurants and other local attractions.

It was nice, clean quiet, it was exactly what was advertised, we were very happy with the place and would stay there again

The personnel was super nice. Room very clean and location perfect for transport and safety

Overall, Suites Reforma provides an excellent value! The price was so low, it was amazing. The hotel gets high marks for cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. Best of all, the showers had plenty of hot water. They were excellent!But there was a lot of traffic noise from the street, and the hotel is very basic. It's great for one or two nights. But it is not a great place for a long stay.

For the low price, the room was very nice. The microwave, fridge and coffee maker were well used. The immediate area seems safe but doesn't look great. However, within a short walk, is the central area of Merida, with attractive mansions and conveniences, like Starbucks and a large Walmart with a large grocery area.The hotel itself offers little by way of sound insulation, either from the interior halls or the surrounding neighbourhood. Ear plugs or some sort of white noise could help.Overall, the hotel is a very good value, and the other guests were quiet and polite.

We stayed for several nights. Our room seemed to have been renovated in the last few years and was in good condition. We especially enjoyed the mini-fridge and microwave. Our beds were clean and comfortable. Shower was spacious although bathroom was small. A/C worked great. Front desk were hospitable and responsive. Great for the price.

A great stay.

Comfy hotel, great wifi and air con, helpful staff. Room was clean and spacious. The microwave, coffee machine, iron and fridge were all great extra amenities. Near main bus stops and on bus route from the airport. Big desk with sockets was great as needed to use it for work. Lovely comfy bed. My only issue was that the windows do not close properly and thus street noise can enter. Used earplugs to counter it.
