Staff was very helpful. Beautiful well kept facility. Breakfast great. Within walking distance to cathedral and surrounding shops.

Just the overcharge me at the counter more money because I don’t add my guest at the moment wen I put the reservation and the charge for minors like and adult that’s the only disappointment on the hotel

I would recommend this property. The location is the best - center of everything. Some minor complaints: I didn't have hot water in the room; one light didn't work. Another thing is not to blame the hotel, bur the basilik bells were very loud from 6:30 am. It wasn't a problem for me, but more sensitive people might want to choose a quieter place. The breakfast was very good, the room is authentic, staff friendly and I enjoyed the stay.

Delightful old style Mexican property with beautiful courtyard and nice roomWe were the only people staying that night. No hot water on arrival or that night. TV did not workThe receptionist when she did arrive seemed more interested in her cell phone and her friends than us.HOWEVER next morning was perfect.  Water was piping hot - almost like they were making up for the night before!-Breakfast was excellent and waitress exceptionally pleasant and nice. Total contrast to receptionist who again showed little interested in us.Overall it is a lovely property, very convenient to visit Talpa but needs improvement on staff and some of its amenities.

The hotel is beautiful and just next to the main square. The rooms are clean, spacious,  with confortable beds and properly isolated so the noisy town does not bother you much. The only bad comment is that the recepcionist was not customer-oriented and hesitated when we asked her to leave our luggage in our room (that was not occupied and ready) a couple of hours before check-in time

Great little boutique hotel. Our room was nice, but wished we had one on the upper level with a view and not right next to the check in desk. Perfect accommodations, bed is the most comfortable ever! I literally took a picture of the brand so I can buy one exactly like it!Breakfast service was always great and food was tasty. We enjoyed the rooftop patio/lounge area with a great view. Check in was great, though they don't speak much English - but were very nice!Very family friendly. Location could not be more perfect-- you walk out the door and down a sidewalk and you're on the main square! We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay, family friendly, perfect location!

Property was recently turned into a chic boutique hotel. It’s decore is stunning. The beds look amazing, however the mattress was a bit stiff for my liking.  The location is perfectly centered 3 min walk from the cathedral and main square.  It has an awesome terrace with a gorgeous view of the cathedral.  Staff was cool, however when i arrived to the property after a long 6 hour car drive the receptionist wouldn’t allow us to check in even though we were half an hour before the 3:00pm check in.

The hotel is beautiful and nice, but it should indicated that the parking is not in site, is like two blocks from the hotel.Ventilation of the room coul be improved
