The hotel is a good value. It is clean and very comfortable. We will stay there again when we visit Campeche. It is centrally located within the walls. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice place to stay in an excellent location. Mixes harmoniously the colours of Mexico with stylish details. Charming staff. They offered us breakfast outside the scheduled time. Cheap and chic! Reccomended to discerning guests

We loved our stay at hotel catedral. It is located within the walls of the historical center. The area is beautiful and the building is superb. High ceilings, large shower, plenty of space in the room. It was simply decorated with nice and practical furniture. The only negative point I have is there was little water pressure in the shower and it took a while for the hot water to come. I would come back!

The hotel is good & the people are friendly.The only problem that the WiFi is in the lobby only.

The hotel is located very close to the central square, yet not in the touristy part, which was nice. Rooms were clean, staff friendly and we were able to park our car right outside where they have a dedicated spot. However, the rooms are very small, and there is no breakfast - but easy walk to several nice spots. Also, no wifi in room, only in main areas.

Well located inside the city walls, quiet, clean, comfortable bed with firm mattress, reasonable price, good A/C and hot water in shower, good wifi. The decor and furnishings are modern, and the rooms are thoroughly cleaned. But maintenance appears to be neglected. In our bathroom the hinges on the shower door were rusting and the door would not close properly so water from the shower wet the bathroom floor. The toilet tank would not refill after a flush; we had to remove the lid of the toilet tank to make it work. When we reported the problem to the front desk they showed no interest and never sent anyone to check the toilet. You need to speak basic Spanish; none of the staff speak any English (this is generally true in Campeche). The rooms are small with little storage space.

The positives: the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. AC and wifi worked. The shower had hot water. The hotel has modern decor and fixtures. Our room at the back of the hotel was quiet. We were awakened by a barking dog, but that was OK; it got us up and out to enjoy the cool morning air.
Negatives: The toilet water tank would not refill after flushing until we removed the tank lid. When we reported the problem to the front desk no one showed any interest or came to correct the problem. The shower door wouldn't close properly because its hinges were rusted, and taking a shower got the whole bathroom wet. The bedroom was small and had very little storage space.
If your Spanish is weak, you should be aware that no one there speaks English.
