OYO Hotel Real Dorado

This property is fabulous & in the heart of the party city. The views are breath taking & it is on one of the beaches you can actually get in the water because the waves are not ruff. Our experience went down hill when we were offered very low priced excursions, if we agree to see the property to spread the word of how beautiful our experience there was later we knew it was for possible time share purchase, with no obligations to buy. The tour ended & we knew this was not for us since we are recently retired & did not went more responsibilities. The sales representatives attitudes change when we were firm on not signing anything. They were all Nasty, rude, and spoke down to us. One supervisor even said we could not afford it anyway & shamed us in front of other guest. It ruined our morning. Other staff were extra friendly & helpful at all times. We were given every excuse why we had to pay extra for the excursions, we walked away before we lost our tempers further. We later received a telephone call from another representative offering free excursion & apologizing for the others behavior. To little to late! We had already gone ahead and purchased full priced excursions from the lobby excursion reps. as we should have done from the start. Don't fall for the what I call a scam. It started at the airport acting as hotel transfer people, who are actually outside waiting for you.
