Hotel Ysuri Bucerias

Staff was knowledgeable and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. Air conditioning worked great. Bathroom was clean and well kept. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body cream were exceptional from Vervan. We would recommend this hotel.

The property is beautiful and tranquil. It met our expectations of being steps away from the beach. Nothing beats waking up to the ocean sounds.

We really enjoyed the ocean view room, restaurant and pool deck.  Staff are very understanding, friendly and hospitable.  Very unique and cozy facility

If you want true relaxation and a quiet, beautiful surrounding look no further!!!!!!!!!!The food was GREAT! The service was wonderful, the bed was super comfy and the feeling once you walk through the main gate is nothing shy of perfect.

Lorena was spot on with suggestions about attractions and dining. Staff was well trained and always had a friendly greeting.

Was a great stay!  Mario the chef is very talented, food was delicious, Victor our server at the restaurant Baklava was attentive and welcoming.  Rooms were beautiful and bed was really comfortable.  Location is a bit of a distance from Bucarius, beach rocky, although once you settle in, you really don’t need to go anywhere.  We did a beach crawl on the way back from Bucarius and it was a blast!Lovely stay!

The room itself was beautiful, albeit a bit bare with minimal amenities. The view out to the Bay of Banderas was fabulous.There was massive construction right next door that we did not know about. Also, this property came up as all-inclusive on Expedia so we went into the vacation thinking drinks and meals were covered but they weren’t included. This caused massive additional expense. There weren’t enough chairs for all the guests at the hotel so we weren’t even able to utilize the pool most of the time. Water in the shower was very difficult to regulate so it was always scalding or freezing.

We stayed for 6 nights at this property. The room itself was very spacious we had a king bed ocean view room w/ a Jacuzzi, the balcony was massive with a small table and chairs for coffee and a lounge bed. In the room we had a good sized mini fridge and coffee machine for which they supplied us with pods and water for daily. The cleaners were fantastic. Highly recommend paying extra for the jacuzzi as the hot tub at the pool isn't very hot and the pool area is next to the restaurant which can get busy for dinner. The restaurants food was good we ate breakfast there most days, their lattes and Eggs Benedict were super yummy. The cocktails were also really well made. Service was really great somedays and others not so much very dependent on staff. The hotel has cards and games such as chess to enjoy during your stay. The beach was rocky and not the best area to swim but is very close to beautiful public beaches. The hotel is located just off a busy highway about a 25 minute walk top the heart of Bucerias. It is walkable from the beach or the road, we found uber to be the cheapest option for transportation. The hotel also has a very sweet black resident cat so if you like cats thats a bonus! Cons, were that the front desk is not open often making it very difficult to get non food related help when needed.

We didn't want to leave. The quiet and serene ambience of Hotel Ysuri, the food choices, the view, and the staff made our stay absolutely wonderful. From the welcome margaritas/mojitos to the final hug on the way out, the experience was far different than other hotels. Very clean with spa-type products in the bathroom. Our suite had a mini-fridge, espresso make and king bed. What more do you need. A special shout out to Victor in the restaurant and all the restaurant staff. We watched the SuperBowl there, and they made sure we had everything we needed. We have stayed in town on four previous occasions, but it will be Hotel Ysuri Bucerias from here out. There is some highway noise, but it's nothing compared to downtown Bucerias. Oh, and being minutes driving from the Plaza is an extra plus!

We Will Always Stay at Hotel Ysuri Bucerias.

This is an amazing hotel! Very beatiful and clean hotel. The service is the best. Amazing food at the restaurant. It's  a calm environment. The hotel is situated at the beach, but it is a lot of stones on this part of the beach. It's a short walk to a more sandy part of the beach. The small village, just 10min walk from the hotel, is also very calm and safe. This is the best part of this area if you don't love party and nightlife. It is easy to go to Puerto Vallarta, Seyulitas and other places with bus.

Amazing hotel

This hotel had such amazing staff, they made the whole place feel like a home. The manager, Lorena, let us move our room to one with the nicest view. The kitchen staff were always helpful and kind, and by the end of our stay we all felt like friends. The access to the beach was so easy nice, and the pool was fantastic as well. We did have a car so it was easier to move around but Puerta Vallarta is good 40 min away if you are looking for more to do there. San Pancho, PUNTA de Mira and Sayulita are closer so we really enjoyed those towns as well. Highly recommend this cozy boutique hotel and we will definitely be back!

Fantastic hotel. Small beach front a bit rocky. Hotel is about 2-3 km away from “golden zone / zona dorado” of Bucerias. Quiet in a boutique atmosphere. It has the most comfortable beds!  Great Breakfast if booked with room. After hours (8p-7a) is a bit stressed with a night watchman who only speaks Spanish. It would be helpful to have a preprinted instruction aheet with internet passwords etc.  Hotel is built on a hillside with stone walkways and stairs. No elevators but staff will help.  It is just not ADA friendly for those that need these accommodations.  Gorgeous view and close to northern portion of Banderas Bay.  I would definitely stay here again.

Boutique and more in Bucerias Nayarit MX

Property is well kept the staff is very profesional and friendly. The room we stayed in was very nice and roomy, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We had a nice ocean view with a more private and small pool just steps from our room where you can enjoy the view and relax. Unfortunately we only stayed 2 nights but we will definitely be back. The main pool area is very nice and cozy the food from the restaurant is very tasty with a fantastic and very enthusiastic crew.Special Thanks to the manager Lorena H. she made us feel right at home as soon as we got there.

This place overall is wonderful, with the on-site restaurant with very good food, the pool and the balconies - ours had it's own hot tub; however the bubbles did not work. The grounds are very well maintained and beds were comfy.We had to deal with no hot water for nearly 2 days, which was frustrating but they were able to fix it early on day 3 and let us use a different room to shower in the night prior.The room we had was at the very top, so lots of stairs, which gave us wonderful privacy, but also was at street level, so very noisy with loud cars/motorcycles going by constantly.We loved having breakfast every morning at downstairs restaurant; but may have been charged twice for a couple of meals, since there was a mixup on what and when we paid; originally thought it was included, but also could not add to the room.Good location, about 30 mins north of Vallarta, but a short ride to the main Bucerias town which had plenty for us to explore. Some taxis are not aware that the road it is on ends if coming from town, so they had to backtrack and go a different way on the main street to get to it. This was a challenge a couple of times and added to taxi fares. It's a little far, but walkable to town from the beach, if you enjoy walking on sand.

The property is beautiful, amazing views, spent a lot of time by the pool which was well cared for with chairs cleaned every morning. However, the private hot tub in our room (the reason we booked this suite) had some debris pop out of the jets and we didn’t feel comfortable using it :( Overall our time there was great.
