Fantastic location, close to everything but tucked away enough that it is extremely quiet and peaceful.

The rooms a very clean and spacious and the grounds are well maintained.

The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

We hired out villa B for two months this winter.  Very comfortable and reasonably priced, yes we were a bit bothered by Ants but this is the tropics!!  Staff very helpful can sort all problems and supply any information you need.  Laundry service excellent.  Looking forward to next year.

I've been here with my mom for 3 days 2 nights..we stayed at Standard room with fan which cost us only RM50/ night (I booked it directly by calling them which is more cheap compare to using booking website if u dont mind ur phone bill :)..) My first impression for this type is room..emm, well is not bad..they have local TV but we're not able to watch it since we're too tired after a long day of walking..they also have hot shower, towels and soap. Walking to the shoplots or Cenang beach is only about 5-7 minutes of walking and near to the taxi station too. So its easy for u to get a taxi there or u can call their hotline to pick u up at ur hotel. Overall the room is clean and tidy..Worth for my money and the staff is very helpful and friendly. yes, they also provide the hot/cold drinking water filter machine near the counter so you wont have problem in finding drinking water at the middle of the night or wasting ur money to buy water bottle as the price for almost anything at pantai cenang is quite high compare to other places in langkawi..if u want to buy anything at the duty free shop, try to buy at Jalan Pandak Mayah near Kuah Town like coco valley and the Zon (not the Zon in pantai cenang). Its 2 times cheaper there. 
I would definitely come back here.

Could not recommend this place enough!

Lazy Times

Of the 3 times we needed the staff for check in, check out, and extended stay, the staff was not readily available and it took awhile to hunt someone down. We heard from a local that the family stays in the house next to the front desk, however, when I knocked on their door they ignored me and didn't open the door until their friend was visiting. They also do not respond to the bell sitting on the front desk meant to alert the staff. 

On the bright side, we hear it's the only cheaper place with hot water. They also have a free water filter machine you can use. Aside from the unavailability of the staff, we enjoyed our stay and the island. 


Unavailable staff but otherwise nice place 

Here is very quite place. The room was simple and clean with bathroom and there is hot water. The wifi connection is not strong. We enjoyed that place with our 2.5 years child in the garden. Also they give laundry services but it is quiet expensive than the other laundry services around. If you are looking for a simple and clean and not ver expensive room in your holiday that place is so available.  
One of the owners of this hotel is very similing but the other is not.

The rooms are discusting, totally smelly and full of really big cockroaches. It was my badest stay in langkawi. The chairs on the „terrace“ are not clean so don’t sit on them with bright pants.
