Pak Raja Villas

Feels like home! But fancier. Everything was great, the family’s love it. The view was superb especially in the morning. I will recomend you to ask for a pick up tho. Ist quite, so calming. I really in the conclusion of langkawi is best for view. You feel like living in a village here. The amenities was all there, clean, and big spacious room and living room, kitchen, all there!

I could just sit, staring at the cloud formations, sunrise and sunset, paddy fields, birds, cows, buffaloes the whole day long. I saw ATV roaming around paddy fields too. Nice...
We also drove up the nearby Gunung Raya for a sunset scenery. Awesome!

Fantastic area, complete with pool and fish pond.
my son enjoy the stay and catching the fishes.
the chalet is ok with 3 rooms with bathroom attached.
but the location is abit far from atttaction but if you are looking for a quiet place.
this is recommended.

My friends and I were looking for a whole villa to ourselves as there were 6 of us. Although a little far from the towns (20 minutes drive), we rented a car which did not make the distance a big deal for us. 
It was situated in the padi fields, away from the business of town. Each room had their own toilet and the place was very well kept. I could sit in the backyard (which was overlooking the padi fields) and just relax and enjoy my calm and quiet surrounding. 

There is a food market every Friday night not far from the Pak Raja villa (5 minutes drive towards Tanjung Rhu Beach, just before the roundabout) and here, you can find all the local favourite food. 

However, it is not a party place. They do have a swimming pool, but it was dirty. Wifi was only around the main reception area.

'To die for' Sunsets & Sunrises

I wanted a place where I could cook for myself and not have to eat at a restaurant all the time.  I thought having a kitchen was what I needed but I noticed in the photo there wasn't much in the kitchen and so contacted the property.   They responded quickly to let me know they do not allow cooking in the kitchen and do not provide equipment other than a microwave.

Cooking is not allowed in the kitchen

The only good thing was the sunrise, sunset and rain. Apart from that, horrible management, too many lizards and spiders. Dont recommend 1%. Go to Berjaya or Adya. They were much better than this. Didnt like at all.
