Tanjung Rhu Resort 

We, family of 4, originally chose this resort because of its proximity to Tanjung Rhu, but it turned out to be so much more than just a convenient place to stay. It became the highlight of our Langkawi holiday and deserves a perfect 10/10. I normally don't write reviews but Tanjung Rhu absolutely deserved one. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The breakfast was simply outstanding—easily one of the best we've ever had. Every morning offered a fantastic selection, and everything was fresh and delicious. Our room on the fourth floor was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The room service was excellent throughout our stay, and the views from our balcony were absolutely stunning. Waking up to those beautiful views every morning was a real treat. The resort itself has exceptional facilities. We loved the private beach, swimming pool, gym, tennis court, table tennis, and the many other activities available. One thing we particularly appreciated was how close everything was—the beach was just a short walk away, with easy access to a range of beach activities, making it perfect for our family. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the incredible staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always willing to help, but one person who will always remain in our memories is Mr. Hafiz. Not a single day went by without us stopping to chat with him. He always greeted us with a smile, shared fantastic local recommendations, and genuinely cared about making our holiday special. During our stay, my husband developed an upset stomach after perhaps enjoying a little too much spicy local food in Kuah. Mr. Hafiz noticed he wasn't feeling well and kindly offered him some medication. Thankfully, it worked wonders, and my husband recovered just in time for our journey home. It was such a thoughtful gesture that went far beyond what we would ever expect. It's moments like these that turn a great hotel into a truly unforgettable and remarkable experience Thank you to Mr. Hafiz and the entire team for making our family holiday so special. This was, without question, the best part of our Langkawi holiday, and we will most definitely return on our next visit.
