I stayed at Suite 18 Boutique Hotel from 8-10th September 2024, and it was a fantastic experience! The room was incredible, with a modern industrial concept that truly suited my style. The location is perfect, being close to the newly built and famous Pasar Payang, which made it easy to explore local culture and get great food. The hotel also has its own cafe, Hidden Cafe, which is a cozy spot to relax. They even gave me two complimentary drink vouchers—such a nice touch! Another highlight is Uncle Chua Cafe, located just behind the building, facing the river and the straits. It’s the perfect spot to catch a sunset vibe and unwind after a day of exploring. The rain shower in the room was absolutely fantastic—one of the best I’ve had in a hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially when they patiently assisted me in fixing the TV late at night. The internet was fast and reliable, making this an ideal place for digital nomads or travelers who need to stay connected. I only wish they had Netflix, so I wouldn't need to step out for entertainment (but that's just me being lazy, hehe). Another cool feature was the owl diffuser with selected oils in the room, which added a calming and refreshing touch. Plus, there’s a 7-Eleven right downstairs, making it so convenient for late-night snacks or essentials. All in all, I loved everything about this hotel and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Kuala Terengganu. Can’t wait to come back!
