I am happy return guest after having stayed with VHH KL two years ago for two weeks end May thru early June 2024. Presently I have reserved an even longer stay and from being with them now more time than before, I feel elated offering this feedback > > Thanks to Assistant Front Office Manager Mr. Devan for arranging this reservation. I appreciate the very attentive, fun, professional assistance from Front Office Team: Ms. Anis, Mr. Babel, Mr. Farid, Mr. Hisyam, Mr. Mahesh, Mr. Saiful, Mr. Tanvir mirroring hospitality from the Concierge Team including Mr. Hafiz, Mr. Iqbal, Mr. Kawser. I would love to recognize two lead chefs Mr. Azizul and Mr. Badal and their culinary assistants Mr. Faruk and Mr. Saiful, breakfast greeters Mr. Hussain, Mr. Nasir, Mr. Parvez, Mr. Zambrie and the entire F&B Service Team for the consistent quality and variety of breakfast items in addition to their genuine desire to create enjoyment. I am thankful too for Housekeeping Supervisor Mr. Firoj along with Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor Mr. Robin and their always upbeat team, taking great care in room cleanings.
